Rebelvolt and Kuusakoski Sverige are strengthening their collaboration. Kuusakoski Sverige Ab has placed an additional order worth 0.5 million euros for e-Generators from Rebelvolt. According to Kuusakoski Sverige Ab's head of ITAD, Magnus Mattisson, e-Generators are a critical part of Kuusakoski's operations in Sweden.
“Being able to go to the customers premises and offer the highest level of data destruction is very beneficial. The E-generators give us the possibility to do this off-grid or at customers lacking grid power.” -tells Mattisson
The international recycling company Kuusakoski has invested in heavy-duty data security shredders. These machines require a power supply that is not available at their operating sites. Earlier this year, Rebelvolt developed the e-Generator, which enabled the ecological operation of these heavy-duty data security shredders, providing power for the entire day.
In collaboration with Kuusakoski Sverige, Rebelvolt is developing new versions of the e-Generator to meet Kuusakoski's needs. Built into a climate-controlled shipping container, the e-Generator allows work to proceed without concerns about weather conditions. By integrating the battery system and shredder into a single unit within the container, logistics are simplified.
The demand for e-Generators is clearly on the rise. More and more companies and governments are seeking to avoid unsustainable solutions. It's time to retire diesel generators.
